Responsibilities

1. Conduct statistical analysis for after-sale satisfaction;

2. Propose improvement measures for after-sales satisfaction and propel its implementation;

3. Scheme assorted service marketing activities, and organize their implementation.

Qualifications:

1. Under 35 years old; bachelor degree or above in machinery and electronics-related majors; people with over five years’ work experience in monitoring fault diagnosis and analysis have priority in admission;

2. Be familiar with digital signal processing; master good knowledge of condition monitoring software;

3. Have a good knowledge about business processes, standards and regulations;
